Norman Express (China) Ltd. was founded in 1998 in view of the rapid growth of the freight market in China.
In 1999 Norman Express (China) Ltd. was set up in Shanghai. We were approved as a Class A agent of freight forwarding in China in 2006.
Our Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) license was granted in 2007, further enhancing our ocean freight capabilities. In 2011, we were certified for ‘China Civil Air Transport Sales Agency Services’ by the China Aviation Transport Association (CATA).
We pride ourselves on the ability of our team to provide every aspect of international transportation that our clients and partners may require.
Our philosophy is that every member in our team is committed to provide customer service of the highest quality and efficiency. Apart from our own offices, we also operate with agents covering all major ports and cities in China. This enables us to offer a more concise service to all our clients and partners.
As an NVOCC, we seek to offer ocean freight solutions that reflect each client’s needs. We utilize market-leading ocean carriers who offer cost-efficient and excellent quality service.
As an alternative to ocean and air freight services, we offer rail services from China to Europe.
